Five star for communication, delivery and packaging all great. However I asked Emma if she could add a few colours when I sent my order so that the painting would better suit my room. I also sent a picture of the room showing the shades that I liked. When the pictures were taken for my approval I questioned if the colours were added as they were not evident so Emma kindly took a video and in the video I thought I saw shades of green/grey as requested so approved the painting for delivery. I was disappointed when it arrived to find the painting was just beige as advertised, no other colour added, otherwise I would have given 5 star.
