The colors the artist used did not match the image depicted. The colors were completely off. While customer service worked with me to match the colors I don’t know why that was necessary, why wasn’t the art matched originally to what was depicted. Now the art has super thick chunks of paint slapped on to “fix” the coloring. The art was not shipped in a manor that protected it, it arrived smashed with permanent creases embedded in the art. Truly disappointed in the whole process to date.
