The sculpted ridges and layered surface are beautifully done. You can clearly see that this is a hand-finished piece rather than a flat printed canvas.
The wildflowers along the foreground were what first caught my attention. They add some color while the water and sky keep the overall scene calm.

The ocean and soft sunset colors have a very peaceful feel. I also like that the sailboats are noticeable without taking over the whole painting.
